This book is about a kid named Ali. He lives in Brooklyn with his mother and sister. His best friend Noodles lives next door with his brother Needles. Needles has a condition called tourettes syndrome (Which means that Noodles calls out a swear or cuss every few minutes against his will). Pretty much everyone on their block knows this and is used to it. But when something happens with Needles everything changes.
I really like Jason Reynolds I have read a bunch of his books and the second I saw this book I knew it was going to be a good one. And I was right. If you like any books by Jason Reynolds I think you would really like this book. I give it a 7.9 out of 10
