Describe a part of the book that made you feel something strongly (i.e. something that made you cry, laugh, get really angry, etc.)
In Just Listen by Sarah Dessen, I felt sympathy for Annabel because of how her former best friend Sophie treated her. Sophie was cruel and unkind to Annabel so I felt angry at the way Sophie interacted with Annabel. I also found myself wondering about what compelled Annabel to be best friends with Sophie in the first place. The way Sophie acted toward Annabel was unacceptable and Annabel did not deserve to be treated that way. I enjoyed Just Listen but felt bad for Annabel throughout the book.
