This is a dystopian fantasy book, about a girl named Tally who gets to become pretty when she turns 16. But when her friend Shay runs away, Tally has to choose between betraying Shay and turning her in, or she will not be able to have the surgery that will make her pretty. I would recommend this book to people who enjoy romance, books in a different dimension, and suspense.
